The left screw holder on the battery is broken.

Hi, so today I found out that a point of connection to the chassis of the MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Mid 2012. I found out that the left screw holder is fragmented/broken and I would like to ask the community for help. Would it be better to replace the battery totally or rather continue on with this battery.

If I continue on with this battery is there a chance that the fragment of the screw holder will mess up with the computer in the long run?
