When I touch the lower right side of screen it detect multiple ghost touches on it making it really hard to manage. I have downloaded a calibration ap that detects this. I've rese to factory defaults removed sim and microsd chip and reinstalled and problem perists.

Seems as though the digitzer is starting to malfunction.
Check your warranty period of the phone and if still valid contact the manufacturer's customer service section regarding a warranty repair/ replacement of your phone.
