That is the battery charging chip ISL6259AHRTZ .

my best wishes for the new year.
No problem , the chip will require hot air soldering technique and can be bought from ebay. It will however need advanced skills in soldering QFNs if you Youtube A1278 not charging you will get a rundown of some problems with users using boardviews and schematics troubleshooting and re soldering the chip.
