Video Telephone Service Please Help

I have a BLU STUDIO DASH 5.5 i recently turned it on through straight talk , I noticed that even though I have an adroid its gives iPhone features like FACETIME but when I try to face time it says sorry but video telephone service is not activated on this simcard when it actually should be I don't know how to go about fixing this and or what to actually do but I'd really like this feature to work ... Any help please ?

Suggest you call Straighttalk customer support and clarify the situation with them.
