Samsung galaxy s6 earbuds one side not working!

the right earbud works but only the seccond speaker works it is hard to explain but you have like 2 speakers on the earbud one that goes straight to your ear and one on the side the one that goed straight to your ear doesn't work but the side one does.

can someone help me pls
