I changed battery and screen, and when i plugged in the charger it goes on and off continuous. nothing helps. if i pull out the charger, the screen goes black and it won't turn on. any one knows what can be wrong?

Might be a defective battery. try your old one again to see if it does the same thing.

What he said. Pretty much you need a new battery. The one you're using isn't sending power for whatever reason or could be your socket...
