Several keys of mine are either missing or unresponsive. The laptop itself still seems functional and undamaged. How do I go about replacing this?

Replacing the keyboard is not too difficult. See if you can order a replacement keyboard of the same model from the manufacturer to ensure that it will fit. Once you have that, follow the steps to this guide.
