Why can't I hear through my device?
Whenever I am connected to a call the sound is either not present, or the sound cuts in and out. I have updated my device but the problem persists.

The device may be low on power. Plug the device into the charging station to insure a full charge. If this does not correct the problem, it is likely that the speaker has blown in the device. Access
