All my notifications and ringtones are working but no sound from my music or videos are playing. The speaker volume is all the way up.

Try plugging in headphones and see if that works. If it does work, then maybe some settings could be off. Last resort is to factory reset your device. If that still doesnt work, then its an internal problem.
