Aiming, and ghost walking

Not sure how to fix or if I can send it in because it's fairly new. I play call of duty mostly and have problems with ghost walking. I won't have down any buttons, and it switches classes on me for no apprentice reason. When I lay down I'm unable to pull up my site, and can't get back up. I'm not sure what to do hallllpppp!
