Why my device cant on?

Hello!

I cant on my device,i start charging since yesterday but when i press the power button,my device is on normally but suddenly stuck at 'samsung' and then automatically off again.The charging sign always shows charging from zero to full,but still come to zero again even i charge it until 10 hours!please help me!thank u very much!
