when I try to power my Samsung NoteII it always keep showing a blalnk screen and does not turn on.

Try to backup your phone, then go factory reset.

It will clear up your phone and boot speed.

Thanks guys, non of your advice is helpful, I forced to take it to a mobile workshop to replace the mother board.
