Why "No touch" after replacing LCD screen?

I need your expertise.

I replaced the Galaxy S4 LCD screen by myself after buying it on eBay, but 3~4 minutes later screen touch is not working. I thought this is a kind of touch error arisen from the cable attached to LCD screen, and requested for changing it to the seller with my video (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1RCDOI...). But, I got the message from the seller as below.

Additionally, I have many experiences on changing screens of various smartphones including iPhone 5S, Galaxy S5, Nexus 5, etc and I'm using these well until now. So, It would be very nice if you give me your advices to clarify this issue.
