Hello i have iPhone 5 in working condition but the display going off today & i have a iPhone 5s not in working condition. Can i replace iPhone 5s display into iPhone 5

Unfortunately, this is not possible. If you want to fix your iphone 5 screen, I would recommend buying one of of this site (ifixit.com)
