1 Why is my backlight on 100% constantly and then the screen black
The brightness on my Samsung Note 10.1 2014 is constantly at 100% and I have no way of reducing.
Also the tablet when on lock will go black and then the only way of changing it is to hold the power button for about 15 seconds so that it resets.
I have the same problem.....did you figure it out?
