My micromax canvas 4 A-210 is fully charged but won't turn on

i have been using my phone since 4 years micromax canvas 4 model A-210 today when i switch on my phone but its not getting started and neither the red light is shown while charging . kindly get me the solution what should i do ?, and how to get my all data back ? its very urgent please
