2005 pontiac grand am gt w/monsoon sound system car stereo cd player

My CD player in my grand an gt that has a monsoon sound system the CD player is not letting the cds go in and if they do it won't eject them all the way I had to get one out with a precision screwdwiver and two way tape I tried to insert another disc and it won't go in at all can you help me thank you
