my i pod was fine until it froze so i turned it off for a second then when i tried to turn it back on it would not work. It was fully charge and did not have the littles crack. But the thing is that siri still worked but my screen was black as night. My i pod was not even that old i have had it since last christmas. Please can anyone help me with this. Does anyone know how to fix this? Please and Thank you.

Sorry that was my godson this is probaly because the ipod is not charged well enough
