Tronsmart Draco AW80 Telos intermittent no power light

I recently bought a Tronsmart Draco AW80 Telos Android TV box. When it arrived I tested it for about 30 mins then the next time I plugged it in, it is no longer turning on (blue power light no longer lights up). It was recommended to have it flashed but I noticed that flashing doesnt go through if the blue power light is not lighting up. I did notice that there are times when it will light up but it is intermittent and during the time it does light up, I am able to flash it but unfortunately when I reboot it, the power light wont appear again. One time I was able to boot up the box after flashing it but it just froze. Im wondering what the problem as I cannot seem to find a pattern when I will be successful in getting that power light to appear which appears to be very random.
