Mike Wolf, that looks like a TAB error. Sometimes applying some pressure to the binding on top of the LCD panel can resolve it. Most of the time a new panel is needed.

What is a TAB error specifically?

LCD panels use TABs to connect to the driver boards. TABs are (tape automated bonding. they sort of look like ribbon cables going form the driver board into the LCD panels.

I got the same exact problem. I really hope there is a fix other than swapping the LCD panel.
