Can't get into my iPhone 5

I have locked myself out of my cloud account, i want to sell my phone and cant get back into in as the icloud is locked, I have went onto the website and put in my email and my date of birth but can't remember the answers to m security questions as I set it up years ago and chose random answers... Is there any way I can unblock it and restart the phone without being able to turn it on?

Lisab5439, you will need your username and password. Once your iPhone is locked it can't be unlocked by anyone, except by Apples Recover Password service. Check on here for more info.

I heard, if the phones genuinely yours, you can just go to apple, and they'll unlock this for you

Even if you forgot your security questions you can call Apple and verify you identity and they will help you reset the password. That is if you are the valid owner of the device.
