Why my laptop die when I watch a video?

Any time I try to watch something my laptop die, as well if I use google maps. I think it's an overheat problem...How can I fix it?

if it's over heat download one of the programs to read the temperature of the cpu if it's above 75 fh then u have a heat pb .
