Endless restart loop - data recovery
Hi, my Samsung is in endless restart loop.
I tried everything but factory reset.
So is there any way to pull out my files while the device is in this mode?

I'm not sure if this will be helpful or not, but I believe the is a "safe boot" option available, similar to a PC, from the Reset menu screen. I seem to recall seeing something about that on the XDA-Developers website. Since I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, I haven't tried it and am not certain the same thing is available on the Galaxy Tab 2.

Maybe you should try connect your phone to PC,see if there any chance that PC will recognize your phone. if can, then you can access your phone's internal memory, you can remove data you want to your PC.
If your phone can't be recognized by your PC, you can try format your phone then try using some data recovery tools to get your lost data back.I don;t know id this will do, but Hope this will help you. Good luck!XD
