I can't retrieve video playback...don't work, nor is the sound recorder app available for view, nor am I able to download....this phone I purchased in June 2015, nothing works on here I keep calling boost mobile for help. They say it's a manufacturer defect....how can my phone be repaired or replacedbold text

Terrez Cravanas, sounds like you got a whole bunch of things that are just not working. I would strongly suggest that like you need to return the phone to the vendor you purchased it from. It's only three month old so nobody should give you any grief with that.
