Charges fine but never fully powers on. goes from white apple boot screen, shuts off then starts to charging screen. The battery has been confirmed to have more than 80% charge though. Also tried battery replacement and soft reset. help?

I would try putting it into dfu mode or force restart the phone. See what happens there
