I have had this phone for a week or so now and really like it. After downloading apps and putting on SD card I tried to organize my home screen with folders. Only problem is they disappear once I turn my phone off or restart my phone. Any suggestions as to why or what I can do to fix this problem?

Hello Jess,
change the default memory as SD card or you should have to move them back to phone storage and revert storage setting back to phone momory

Your answer is hard to understand. Would you reword it a little?
Blue studio having option to select default memory such as SD card or internal memory. basically apps should be in phone memory, due to insufficient storage users try to move apps to SD card. if there any communication error or delay comes from SD card (low class SD card) apps getting hide,
