My Samsung Galaxy S4 fell into the pool. I dried it out cleaned it up and everything is working fine again except that when I call or receive a call the person on the other end can't hear me speak. I hear them fine and can put them on speaker and then they can hear me OK. Do I need to replace the microphone?

Yes, you have to replace the microphone. It's one part with the dock-connector. It's very easy to replace...

It is pretty common for this part to become faulty if it gets wet. You need to replace the board shown on step 21 of the teardown.
It is quite cheap to get hold off.
