My blu advance wont come om
When i turn it on it only goes to BLU and it freezes up

i have the same problem with my phone as Dana.i just bought in September and it has not gotten to a month.

Perhaps the hard reset is the only option that I see when you can't turn on your phone. As I see from this page https://blucellphones.us/fix-blu-phone-t... this can happen due to software update failure and can be easily hard reset. This can also happen due to battery failure, how old is your phone?? Normally these budget phones don't last for more than 2 years.
