Is it possible to replace the analog stick(not the c-stick)
I'd like to know if I can replace the analog stick on my n3ds xl, I'm not seeing any analogs sticks made specifically for the n3ds so do they share the same analog?

Yes.
There are two parts to the analog stick, you can see them here, it's just a ribbon that connects the analog to the motherboard.
