My iPhone 5 wont turn on no matter what I do
I was using my iphone near water and some water got on my iphone,my iphone kept working until i turned it off now it wont turn on i already plugged the charger in but it still wont work.

You will need to open the phone and clean out any water or corrosion using 90%+ isopropyl alcohol. This may be enough by itself to fix the phone depending on how much water got in there and where etc.
There could be corrosion under the shields in the motherboard, so you should remove those too and inspect the board. The battery may be bad too.
Water damage can cause many different issues, so at this point you just need to open up the device and inspect it for any corrosion or damage.
