Phone won't turn on it frozen by logo "BLU Bold like us"?

When I turn my phone on it frozen by the "BLU Bold like us " logo.I trying to hard reset with "hold" the power bottom and volume up.then I get the hard reset menu, but not full from only with 3 options

[Recovery mode] <<==

[Fastboot mode]

[Normal mode]

Step 1. Recovery mode & Normal mode it still do the same frozen by the logo.

Step 2.By Fastboot mode it frozen by the loading screen.

Please some one else that can help me with this problem.give me a solution soon just answer here below.

オプション

To enter into RECOVERY MODE press at same time: Volume Up + Volume Down + POWER

If you do not see a text list: Press POWER Bottom.
