Change motherboard and the buttons next the central button don't work

i have a friend that wanna sell the SAMSUNG GALAXY S6 broken.

it is fallen in the pool and don't work.

If i buy it € 120 its a good prize and a good deal for me?

I have to change screen touch motherboard??
