screen does not turn on
My laptop wont turn on. I plug in the charger and the lights turn on but the screen wont turn on. No other problems, had it for more than 2years always worked great.

mayra, connect an external monitor and see if that work. If it does than the issue is related to your LCD panel. if it does not, then it could be a BIOS issue, graphics card issue, hard drive issue etc. the more information you can provide us with the better an answer you get.
