Why is my keyboard not letting me type just scroll?

Bought this Asus Transformer Book T100T (white) about a couple months ago only used it a couple times after setting it up out of the box and my keyboard stopped working, only let's me scroll but will not let me type anything just makes the typing sound. It's brand new bought it off Amizon

Pls help
