What can I do to fix this?

I replaced my screen and I got everything working great, but the screen wouldn't sit flush. So, after fixing that I tried to connect the lcd plug (?) into the corosponding spot thats next to the rear facing camera.

welp, some of that crap broke off (I had a horrible time trying to get that thing in.

Here is a link to a picture explaining what I'm trying to say.

Now my screen no longer comes on and it got little hot in that area.

what can i do to fix this or what parts will be needed?

Yes that will need replacing , its the LCD digitiser , it is quite a tricky fix as it requires soldering knowledge and good equipment , but there are quite a few skilled repair shops , should be around £30 depending on location , ebay has a few in uk if you search , also you can buy the part yourself for around £5.00 , hope that helped
