Phone Won't Turn On After LCD Replacement
I got a broken iPhone 6 in the mail a couple of days ago and bought a new lcd for it. Since the LCD on the old phone wasn't working correctly, I decided to replace the entire screen, not just the glass. I also replaced the home button (I know it renders Touch ID unusable). After assembly, the screen wouldn't turn on, and not even the phone would turn on. iTunes wouldn't recognize it, and it did beforehand, it wouldn't vibrate when charged, etc... I looked around the forums and did some troubleshooting such as unplugging the battery then replugging it, checking the connectors, re-connecting the new screen, but nothing seems to work. Can someone help me out?
Also, I think I got the backlight to power on, but I don't see anything like the Apple logo, etc... just a blank black screen with a small backlight turned on.

I have the same issue, but in my case itunes still recognizes the phone, I just don't get anything from the screen. I tested it with two other sreens and the same issue.

Same issue, wont turn on. Want to send back and get a new one. Also, did not know that the home does not come with the screen, so that sucks.
