Why my camera stuck and doesn't work?

Dear sir

I've bought GO PRO HERO 4 some days ago but when i turn it on, after few minutes it stuck and doesn't work for example when I want to record a movie ...... So i have to replace the battery to make it work again but useless. I can't use the camera at all. Please tell me what to do. What problem can it be? Can my camera be fixed ?
