I dropped my iPhone and the screen won't work. It's color lines and I can't unlock it. What can I do without having to buy a new Phone

This usually means the screen assembly is damaged and needs replacing.
It is a straightfoward repair. You can do it by following this step-by-step guide. The guide also includes links to the needed tools and good quality parts. Don't go cheap, avoid unknown parts sellers on Amazon and eBay. You'll end up spending more to replace defective parts and repeating the repair. Always go for good quality parts and reputed sellers that stand behind their products and offer a good warranty. Contrary to what you read in other posts, for the iPhone 5C, the outer glass and LCD are fused together and should be purchased as an assembly. Some people who have the right equipment can detach the LCD from the outer glass and replace each alone (usually done if the LCD is good and the outer glass is broken, which is NOT your case since the LCD AND touch are damaged.. in which case you just buy a new screen assembly).
If you decide to attempt the repair, first use the guide to disconnect then reseat your screen assembly. If that doesn't help, then proceed to order and replace the screen assembly . Tread lightly and be careful not to pull on the LCD assembly when the cables are connected. It's a common mistake that will ruin your screen assembly.

You'll have to change the LCD Panel and if the glass broke then you'd have to change that too. Check ebay. They have screens and LCD's cheap. Just put your model number in and look under parts. Hope that helps! They should have a guide on here for replacing the screen or check youtube if they don't.

You can get a replacement screen right here. Once you get it, simply take it apart with the provided tools and replace the screen carefully. You may like to watch a youtube video on how to. That will be helpful. If you are not quite sure about it, you can ship your iPhone to a service shop like this one if you do not have one in your local area.
