Why did my home & power buttons stop working after changing USB?
I changed my USB Charging Flex Cable and it worked fine the first day. The next day both the Home button and the On/Off Buttons stop working. Now I'm unable to turn the Tablet back on.

Hey Sherea, redo the USB installation. Maybe one of the connectors came of during the replacement.

I did that a little while ago and it still isn't coming on. After everything I've read the part may be defective. So I've ordered another one. Once it comes in and I install it, I will see what happens. I hope that's what it is. Thanks for your response.
Yes. That's usually the case when redoing the installation doesn't work.
