I can't do anything in disk utility on recovery mode

I use it well but when i start repaired disk utility on recovery mode. It can't repaired and it say to format but I can't format or do anything . I can't boot to mac or install new.

i try fsck -fy

it say

Illegal name

could not be repaired ...
