This device is T-Mobile's version of the Samsung Galaxy S II. It was released in October of 2011. It was the first Galaxy to include T-Mobile's new expanded 4G network.
My phone was charging and then I was going to turn it on and it only turned on for about 15 seconds and then shut off again. It I constantly vibrating and wont turn on .Help!!
