Soldering small ic on iPhone 5 logic board any help welcome

Hi all so to start in always on ifixit as it the best site for advice on all the things I love to do ie fix and repair broken things! Anyway to the question in hand I have an iPhone 5 with charging problems at first I thought simple it the charging port. So I ordered the new part and thought well let's take it apart and get it ready for the part, everything was going well until I uncliped the connector for the charging port from the logic board and I noticed a small ic was only being held on by one solder pad, the next thing I know it had come off oh nooo!! Anyone have any ideas on how to get it back on? I'm not sure if I broke it off or it was like this before (and causing it not to charge). On the picture you can see the pads in the middle of the board and in the second picture the ic I need to put back on.
