Disabled, try again in 23 million minutes!

Repaired a screen for a customer, she had taken the SIM card out in advance, and after the repair, it said "iPhone Disabled, try again in 23,234,455, minutes or something! Obviously it's for a customer, and if she restores the phone, she'll lose all her data, is there any way to do this without erasing all the data?

Thanks

Jacob

if she has a back up on itunes shell be able to save some of her information, this is usually the only way to get the lost data.. you should advise cx to back up device monthly so that things like this wont happen and lose important data..

icloud might have stored some information as well if it was enabled.

she doesn't have a backup.., is there anyway to DFU restore without erasing the phone?

she could try holding home and powerbutton, restart phone, hold the home button, a few times to get the plug to itunes icon, there she should be able to restore the phone after she connects to pc with itunes, but it might delete all her information, but could reset the phone and prompt you to put in icloud information.. it might give you options of back ups , or icloud could of did a background back up and she could have the information still there.. theres not much you can do though if there isnt any back ups. just advise her to set up icloud next time and do monthly backups..

other then that no way to restore phone without erasing iphone unless their are prior backups..
