Not getting basic channels

My 60" LG TV no longer gets basic channels it only gets HD channels when I turn it to a basic channel it's stuck on the last picture it showed all other TVs in house work fine It also won't acknowledge hdmi pictures (when I plug in Apple TV it just has the TV waiting sign)
