Opening case of iPhone 5
Step 2 of your instructions state to remove 2 screws next to lightning connector. Can't find either. It is impossible to me to open the case.

Hello,
These screws are 3.6 mm Pentalobe screws, located beside the lightning connector, one on each side. The following image displays their location:

It is easy to mistake them for speaker holes!
