How long is the warranty on the Nobis Tablet?

I gave one to a young boy with cancer for Christmas.

He couldn't get it to work and in the process the screen cracked. It has never been used and he needs a replacement.

Please can you help.

I bought it at Radio Shack.

1.Nobis products are warranted for one (1) year parts and 90 days of labor after date of purchase.

2.Warranty is valid for the first consumer purchaser only.

Warranty does not cover:
