How do I fix my LexiBook when it has trouble booting up?

Freezing/Black screening during a boot-up is usually caused by damaged or corrupted system files that the tablet needs in order to start up.

If you can get it to turn on at all then the first thing you want to try is resetting and clearing your tablet. If the issue stops then you should be good. If the device continues to freeze frequently then you should contact the manufacturer about getting your device repaired.

If you cannot get the device to turn on at all the the device operating system is corrupted or there is a component that is causing your device to not be able to boot properly. In this situation you should contact the manufacturer about repairing your device because the issue is most likely not user repairable.
