Hi there, my laptop died a couple of weeks ago and i have a lot of photos and videos i really dont want to lose, especially of my Wedding and my daughter/family.... Can anyone help because its something i really cant imagine being lost forever. thanks ...... Its Fujitsu A Series Lifebook

Hi, don't fret is most cases your data will be recoverable. Find your specific model from here.
Download the manual for your model and look up how to remove the hdd (hard drive where your photo's are stored). Then buy one of these or something like it. That way you will have your data on a external hard drive.
