Why won't my Kinivo ZX100 produce bass sound?

If your Kinivo ZX100 Mini Portable Speaker is not producing any bass sound, the Bass Resonator may not be activated. In order to activate the Bass Resonator, turn the top of the Kinivo ZX100 Mini Portable Speaker counter clock-wise. The Bass Resonator should pop up automatically once you release the top of the Kinivo ZX100 Mini Portable Speaker. After playing your sound track, you should immediately notice the abundance in bass sound.
