Weird issue! after new glass

I've put on this new glass just now, and actually tested the new glass before peeling off the inside glass clear plastic and it worked PERFECT,home button, everything good to go.

Then, i peeled off the inside glass plastic, and set the new glass inside and it now does this (in this video below-Google drive). i didnt mess with the Yellow Keto tape or anything!!!

Home button works fine,glass responds intermittent. Did i bend the cable too much? wtf is this?
